BetUs (SBR rating D) players complain of one week wait for withdrawal. The sportsbook tells SBR that they are "experiencing delays" on *************** payouts and are now offering to refund betting accounts at the player’s request. BetUs also states that they expect overdue EFT withdrawals to reach bank accounts by Tuesday. Players may wish to request payment by Neteller.

They told me it was processed on monday and as of friday morning nothing is pending to my checking account. I was frightenened to see their rating on your site. I’m new to online gaming and need your assistance. I repeated the information to the Betus customer service rep so I know theirs no problem with my banking information.

hey guys I am going through the same stuff !! I put a 1000 dollars in and got it to 1700 now after reading all this I requested a payout !! I know I'm in for the slow pay deal but do you have any advice for me now? Waiting is the worst!! Can anyone on here really speed things up? they paid small payouts with me and it took only 2 weeks. but i've not been paid larger payouts and am waiting over a month for them now. i think they will pay but will take a long long time.

betus needs to stop sending crap to peoples homes and start paying people. they have the nerve to claim "same day express payouts" and what the hell is 10% gambler's insurance?
