It usually goes right to the end of the game most of the time. However, sometimes i've noticed they do not offer sides or totals at all times.

It goes right until the end, unless the quarterback is taking a knee. At the very least, as long as the QB is still going back and heaving passes, Pinnacle will continue to offer an over/under line, which at that point is basically a "will there be another score" wager.

If you are looking to use Pinnacle live betting for grinding out profits, look elsewhere. They have no set rules, so sometimes you get stuck with a line like +14 and while you may want to hedge out with a -10, they'll stick a -200 tag with the latter, so you're stuck.
