    Default any one else had trouble certifying their neteller accounts

    I have 3 friends trying to cerify their neteller accounts, neteller keep giving them the run around saying things like, d/l has to be in colour, have to have a phone bill not an electricity bill, and the biggest doozy the liecence that they have sent is to blurry and they cant read it (they have sent me the same scan and it is very clear to read)

    wonder why they would do this as it is in their best interests to have as many people certified as possible

    Sounds like they are trying to register ************. If you're just registering a bank account, the process only takes a few minutes and that extra stuff is not needed.

    I had the same problems when I first signed up with Neteller 3 years ago. I didn't sign up any ************ through Neteller. I think my problems stemmed from not having a permanent phone at the time.

    Once I got through the initial signup & confirmation process everything has been gravy, though.

    Didn't have a problem either. I also didn't have a permanent phone. Just called in today and changed the number again...they just called back to make sure it was legit.

    that's why I like neteller so much...they really take steps to be secure...
