tulsa starts 8 seniors and two juniors on defense. the four top sackers return getting 21 between them last year. the lone sophmore had 56 tackles last year.

the tulsa offense returns just 5 starters. 3 sophmores to start on the offensive line with a new qb.

i think that tulane will have too much trouble on offense against the experienced tulsa defense, and that the new tulsa offense will spend some time establishing the run before getting into a higher gear.

gunna put 2 units on under 64 and 2 units on tulane team total under 24 1/2

Maybe a good spot for Tulane,seeing as Tulsa has owned them the last 4 years.

Tulane has been joggin' through practices while sick with the flu the past few weeks... even if they dig deep, only laying two touchdowns looks like a gift.

Tulane won 2 games last year and lost to Tulsa like 56-7, the Green Wave are fukin terrible

Got it at -13 1/2 last night (after gettin fuked on Ore/BSU) and its at 14 right now

Im not sayin this is a lock but how could anyone bet on Tulane the only teams they ever beat are like Charleston Southern level a couple times a year then get beat by 40 the rest of the games

Really? Wow fishy you are goin out on a limb, decent teams like Tulsa when they play trash their first game of the year usually play hard to get their team the W to start, its just like a season ender when you start out your season with a loss to Tulane, I just dont see it Tulane wins 2 games a year for a reason

Tulsa ML is not a bad idea at all, Tulsa won its first 8 games last season finishing 11-3 after destroying Ball St in their bowl game to Tulanes 2-10 finish and starting out this season against this weak an opponent I just dont see them losing, Im hopin for a blowout

The number is short all things considered. But...

These openers can be tricky because team A, in this case Tulsa, is looking past Tulane while team B, Tulane, has prepared for THIS game for a couple of months. Plus its a home opener. I dont think this will be a good Tulsa effort. Tulane will score making this a tough cover with backdoor possibilities.

Honestly I just think Tulane sucks I mean they never win more than 4 games a year and thats only against the teams that are fukin godawful like Louisiana Monroe and SMU decent teams pwn them everytime, Tulsa also has a habit of smashing its opponents into the ground when it can and winning by as many as possible

I agree Tulsa is probably looking past Tulane but fuk everybody is looking past Tulane you could say that about every game they play

i like tulsa but there defense is horrific and they have a new QB starting on the road 1st game of the season....smells like there could be a rare upset hard to say though

Personally I dont think Tulsa's defense is that great so yes I agree with that, the problem is Tulane fukin sucks so they'll make Tulsa's D look like Florida bc they simply suck, you have to understand Memphis doesnt have great D either (ok their D just flat out sucks

) but in the last two games last year Tulane scored 7 against Tulsa and 6 against Memphis while giving up 56 and 45, thats only scoring 6.5 pts/game against an average defense and a terrible defense basically if you're thinkin about Tulane and I dont know why u are but if u are parlay it with the under bc they aint scorin over 24 pts tonight (I think theyll score about 14 but no way over 24) and with a total of 62 its gonna take a sub 38 pt night for Tulane to get a cover

Tulsa is still in the C-USA right? Yeah theres no such thing as reloading. They had 3 losses last year and got smacked by arkansas the absolute bottom of the SEC if you call that great for years then god bless. But yes tulane is terrible so the 14 may be covered but im tempted to take tulane 1h i think thats the winner tonight

the only reason why i said that is because hes making tulsa seem like some powerhouse. There a good team in a terrible conference they dont "reload" all i said that tulsa will have some weaknesses

This line is amazing, Tulane fukin sucks I woulda thought 21 would split the action cant believe ppl are really puttin cash on Tulane +14 given their record, their last two games vs Tulsa and Memphis they gave up 101 while scoring 13, they havent finished closer than 24 pts from Tulsa EVER

But maybe Tulane is due to play a good game ya never know, gotta keep those 10 fans in the seats
