Default Betbbb: If your balance is less than $20, we keep it

As just reported, Betbbb is going out of business.

So I called them to withdraw the remaining funds.

They told me I only have $2 in there. I asked them to transfer it
    to my Heritage account.

They told me the minimum transfer is $20. I asked them to make
an exception to this policy because they are closing, and they
    refused.

I then asked them to send a check for the $2 which any business
    would do, and they refused.

Olympic, Canbet, WSEX, Bodog, will all transfer $2 to a sister operation,
    casino, poker, etc. etc.

I can see where there coming from. However, $2 bucks or $2,000 bucks shouldn't matter at all. If they owe it to you, and you request it you should get it period!

I had a similar problem with a book after they booted me. I only had enough left in the account to cover the withdrawal fee, so they told me they were keeping it.

    $2 are you nuts??

What are you going to do with $2??

I have forfeited many $20's, ect with books, if you need the $2 you should not be gambling.

Thanks for backing us up guys; however we certainly don't want any bad feelings no matter what the amount is.

Heritage has been in business for too long to let $2 be an issue.

If anyone has issues with transfers or payouts please contact me at marty@heritagesports.com and Bill thanks again for the heads up.

even if it's just $2, it's still his money. it's not the sportsbook money. They shouldn't keep his $2. I say give the man HIS money.

I dont understand, if the player wants to transfer $2 to his account at Heritage, why it couldnt be done in this situation??
It takes only 2 seconds to do it

I also had a bad response from Heritage and I dont think I want to play there again!

More a perception issue. A top class book will take care of even these small situations. Good to see Heritage taking care of the situation.

First time I withdrew from youwager they charged me for the check, plus $25 for 'closing the account'; because I took out the entire balance. You gotta laugh about some of these books.

The problem I had is not the $2 but the attitude of the sportbook.
