Greek is fastest. And at least the Greek has the guts to stay with a line. Pinny is often so manipulative. Plus Pinny is getting afraid of teasers, which results in either very bad lines or, if you want the other side, very bad prices. I really feel that of all top books Pinny uses the most manipulation through their lines. From that perspective Greek is a lot more straightforward.
