Default Took My VIP reward money and gave it to a family in need

Well, I got the boot from VIP about 3 weeks ago for the usual "betting too much" and "taking advantage of bad lines". With all that nonsense set aside, I cashed in my $500 from loyalty points and gave it all to a local family in need so they could enjoy Christmas and be able to purchase some gifts for their children. I figure if I can't play at VIP anymore, I might as well do something good with the money I earned while playing there. Just wanted to say thanks VIP and the kids thank you as well!!!!

    Thumbs up

    Good idea The Gambler....

Remember fellows, there are a lot of people and organizations in need this holiday season. I myself am going to make donations to a few organizations I believe in and am also going to sponsor a little dog from the local humane society that was abused by its previous owner. I would adopt it but my place does not allow pets.

Trust me fellows for those of you who are up this fiscal year find a way to make a small donation to a local charity. You'll feel much better about yourself. It's a lot better than giving it back to the sportsbook

    Ha85,

I usually bet about 2 dimes per game and I guess that is something that VIP does not like even though their limits are pretty high. I went on a hot streak with them a few months ago so they made me call in my bets b/c they thought I was a "professional". I am the furthest from a professional. Anyways, I went on another good run a couple weeks ago and then the head linesman Joe got on the phone and said they were closing my account. I never got a really good explanation but from what i have read on here, if you win you get the "boot"!!!

I can't believe VIP booted you for betting too much and hitting soft lines. Total crap! That was a nice thing you did for that family. Hope they appreciate the gesture.

from what i hear, this is something that VIP does all of the time. I have seen many posts on here where people have been booted. I would love to play there again but I dont' think that will ever happen
