Looking At The Home Page For Sbr, I See That Betcascade Has Been Downgraded From An A- To A Still Respectable B+. I Usually Agree With The Decisions Of The Sbr Staff But In This Case, I Have To Respectfully Disagree. I Joined Cascade Several Months Ago When Richard Started Working There And I Have Been Given The Royal Treatment Since Day 1. The Service Has Been Top Notch, The Reduced Juice Has Saved Me A Bundle And The Payouts Have Been Swift. In My Book, The A- Should Have Changed Except I Would Have Moved Them Up To An A+. I Have Used Most Of Sbr's Top Sportsbooks And I Have To Say That The Service I Have Received From Cascade Is A Head Above The Rest. If Someone Can Let Me Know Why They Were Downgraded, I Would Certainly Like To Know. Thanks And Good Luck To All.

i have been having a rather poor experience with them myself...

i left some funds in there for a while because i was going to withdrawl them. i remembed them recently and asked CS if i was able to withdraw to be clear. they said i had $500 of rollover to go, which i thought was bullshit but just did it. then i go to withdrawl and they say i have another $5000 of rollover!!! and i cant even see my account history because it was over 2 weeks ago and they cant email it to me for some reason, they want to fax it and i dont have a fax machine. i just want to see my account history to know my true rollover and tey won even let me. screw them

I hope you get this worked out justbet...I've never known cascade to screw people over...maybe the CS agent you spoke to was clueless?...I'd ask to speak to a supervisor and explain your situation...

Boy can things change in a short few months. In Dec 2006 West 22 is complaining about a B+ rating being to low. Today people are screaming that D- is too generous and I agree. Even their Cascade's service now sucks as they have grown tired of responding to endless complaints. I have come round to believing that they should pull the plug since all their promises turn out to be empty. They are now causing extra suffering over and above their initial robbery of people's deposits. It is theft, is it not, when you take money from depositors that is given in trust, and spend and/or piss it away.
This Lenny character,like many scammers in this business, comes across as a low rent opportunist with no clue about ethics. If it takes a few lies and some naive peoples money for him to prosper he could care less. Maybe we all will luck out and he will end up in jail or worse. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

The D- is generous. Lenny and Cascade have been around 10+ years and promise to pay everyone. They are being graded on curve at D- and in full no pay.

The D- will only be maintained as long as no new deposits are accepted and the plan to pay everyone is carried out.
