I have had a huge disagreement with BetTrojan during the last few days (don´t want to say what it was about) After several emails Mike gave his point of view over the phone and allowed me to give my point of view. We diden´t agree on anything, but in the end he let the benefit of the doubt go to the player (me) and everything was setteled to my satisfaction.

Alot of books would have handled this differently. Thanks for a great service Mike. I hope the you guys is here for the long run (I know you are if you keep on listening to the players)

yeah, it's good to hear about sites resolving situations instead of just stiffing players...kudos to betrojan...this is the kind of thing that will help their reputation...
