There are only 3 sure things in life:

1. Death
2. Taxes
3. Tony from 5 Dimes being rude to all customers. At first, I thought he had some sort of problem with me personally. I stopped betting at 5 Dimes for a few years and came back. I had another issue and talked with him and it was the same nasty attitude I remembered from years earlier. After reading many postings from other people who have dealt with him, it appears he treats everyone the same.

Out of all the books across the internet, 5 Dimes has the largest array of options (always at very fair prices) with extremely tight spreads. They are a "must have" for any serious bettor though Tony will cut your limits GUARANTEED if you're a winning player.

I'm already down to 50% limits and from what I understand the next cut if it happens will be 20% of the regular limit. If and when that day comes, I'll definitely move on.

5 Dimes huge variety of betting options = A+
Withdrawals processed in a timely manner = A+
Extremely tight spreads with the lowest vig = A+
Having to deal with Tony when it comes to any customer service issue = F

Overall 5 Dimes an "A" book even with the limit cutting and the "Tony" issue.

5 Dimes is a solid book but their customer service has always been shit. Its one of those things you have to deal with if you want to play with them. Yeah it sucks but the book is solid enough that they know they can get away with it because people will still play there...

my first time using 5dimes and everytime I used the livechat it sucked, they where slow slow slow so I agree about the cs being crap at 5dimes

They are all bad. When I first started dealing with Betjam like 5 years ago. There service was so bad I almost stopped dealing with them. The Greek to this date still has bad customer service IMO. 5Dimes has good live chat, but I totally believe anyone who says they are bad. They all hate to even think about paying you what you are due.

I moved away from 5dimes about 6 months ago, and have been very very please with rebatewager.

Most of the time they are very helpfull on live chat. If their is some sort of dispute then it is completely different.
