These guys spamed the hell out of me for a week with the open an account free we'll give you $25.00 to try us. Now when I say Spam I'm talking 39 Emails in a week usually about 6 at a time. I checked tonight they sent me 7 more so I gave in and said what the hell I checked the SBR rating first B- so I decided OK I'll try them. Signed up called for my $25 and customer service rep said that promotion ended at 7:00 Pm EST it was around 8:00 EST when I called. I dont know if the books any good or not guess I never will. Needless to say I asked them to remove me from the Email list. Is anyone else getting 15 or so Emails from these guys a day ?

i have opened my email 4 straight times and deleted 2 from them each time it titles starbucksports i never opened the email but its pissing me off

I'm not trying to get into an argument.

I'm simply here defending the book, its players (well in your case wanta be players) that expect something for nothing are destroying this industry. They said you were going to spend half your night crying on the sbrforum how you didnt get the Free $25. Don't you have better things to do? I remember when a book could offer $50 for free and atleast the signup would have the decency to show them some action over time. Anymore players want to take shots at books and give nothing in return.

So I take it you are with the book thats even better. Theres quite a few players with questions for you once again welcome aboard its always nice to see reps from the books on the forum. I could care less about a $25.00 free play with a 30 day hold and probably a 1000 time roll. I wont go into my average play but lets just say I tip $25 at the casinos for a cup of coffee. Now your current management does scare the hell out of me. Your stiffing players and slow paying others that concerns me the deceptive marketing on a $25 free play just made me look at you. Honestly I had never heard of your book till you started sending me 39 EMails. If your that desperate for players that to concerns me. As for bashing your book I was not doing that. I was bashing the extremely high amount of Spam but now that you opened the box ...man up and answer the players.

BETMANIA (SBR rating B-) settles disputes with two players who won funds betting duplicate parlays. A rollover has been applied to the reinstated winnings, which were originally deleted as the product of invalid bets. SBR has advised BETMANIA to update the sportsbook’s terms of service prohibiting users from rebetting duplicate parlay wagers.

Users complain about a one week wait for Neteller payments and a lack of listed rules.

Player: I was wondering if you can look into BETMANIA for me. I have a $13,000 balance there and have completed my rollover. They are telling me that they can’t process my payouts via Neteller and they are suggesting ***************. They said a Neteller payout might not be processed until next week. But I want the payout via Neteller and will wait if I have to. Also, how come they don’t disclose any daily payout limits on their website? And they wait until you request a payout to tell you there’s a daily limit?

A Second player complains that over $2,000 in winnings were deleted due to being the result of duplicate parlays. BETMANIA.com does not list rules prohibiting duplicate parlays and it is allowed by the book’s software.

the agent involved asked me to send out his mailer to his clients, Instead I sent out a list to players like you.

I no longer work with the agent if that makes you happy, Im supposed to clear this up, if you want your $25 email starbucks with your account number and he will transfer the $25 to you.

Those guys send me tons of emails too and the occasional thing in the mail, although not nearly as much crap in the mail as BetUS does.
