She is a hermaphrodite at birth. They decided to make her a girl. They are doing test on her now, to see how "female" she really is: Testosterone and estrogen levels. Plus of course the whole visual of her parts...

Probably because reporters are all over the story and would get info before public. Report out has already said she is a hermaphrodite and IOC isn't ruling on it until November according to Espn.

Also read she gets to keep Gold Medal no matter how IOC rules since she didn't cheat.

I read the opposite about the Gold Medals. Right after the race there was speculation about her gender. I read that she would have to give up the Medals if there was clear evidence, which there is, that she is not just a she.

NBC did a whole puff piece on it (yes the person not the situation) Thay Dyke that does them obviously was pro It. Saying how it was a shame things went the way they did and how Its human rights were violated.

Very funny how they have tried to girly it up over the last 3 years, but when it talks it is prety easy to tell it is more male than female.

IOC now has chemical tests that will put a guideline on estrogen and testosterone in regards to what classification athletes have. It either passed them or was grandfathered. I dont know how it was able to pass them from what I have heard.

But the NBC thing presented zero relevant material just talking about how this person was put through hell to try and prove it was female. Which from what I can tell never actually happened, the IOC just caved. First a guy with titanium springs attached to his stubs and now this. And people wonder why the Olympics for the most part are a farce.
