Default Neteller: Rate & Review this processor - Neteller.com

Who better to start our feedback on the processor page than SBR posters.

On this Neteller Review page players can choose how many stars to give and share what they like most and least about Neteller.

    Thanks guys

Really no need to rate it

Everything else is a B or Less compared to them

Well, you are thinking in terms of everyone being posters. We get at least 3 calls a week where people ask about Neteller. Click on the 5 stars and paste that post in the feedback box if that's what you think of them.

Clicked add review, but not sure if it went through. Not going to count if I have over 300 characters or something; I'll assume it's going through a screening process or something?

Sorry about that Owned. Can you resubmit? We took off the character limit, was set at 300.

This processor feedback collection is a great idea.

I generally like Neteller a lot. I feel there is room for improvement and I wish some serious competition would come along for them and force them to tighten a few things up, but I can't deny the fact that I am grateful for how easy Neteller makes my life.

Just a thought. You would have a more uniform and reliable feedback if you allowed people to rate (1-5) a number of preset standards.

Could be interesting to have two sides, one for bettors, one for books. That way we can see the other side of the story (fees) as well.

    Where's Moneybookers?
They could be #2 by transaction volume next to Neteller.

5 out of 5 stars implies they are perfect and that there needs to be no tweaking done in any aspect of their operation. All those that voted 5 stars agree with this?

LOL...yes they are "perfect"...5 stars, 6 stars, 20 stars, whatever. I really like their Netpoints and the fact that they give out-of-work circus clowns jobs as CS agents. I also really appreciate how they protect their merchants' freedom to know my personal information. Throw in their occasional propensity to lock a fully funded account for asinine reasons and let me tell you I couldn't possibly dream of a better arrangement. I also like that I can keep my money with them for free without having to worry about them paying me interest like all those pesky real banks out there.

Keep up the good work, Neteller. Pretty easy review here...You're a 5-star operation.

Neteller closed my account in July for being "linked to an account in difficulty" i believe is what they called it. Their "investigation" department wont tell me ANYTHING about what is being investigated etc etc and 6 months later my account remains closed for no reason.

All my funds were retrievable but this has caused some problems cashing out from places which require your initial deposit to be sent back to the same processor.

Neteller is great but if you ever get your account somehow linked to some difficulties dont expect to ever have your situation resolved.

Ironically, this is from the person who complains about SBR ratings ad nauseum.

Good point, OWNED. Sure, Neteller can improve. It's just that the alternatives seem so lacking, Neteller looks like a perfect diamond amongst pebbles and dirt.

I'll give Neteller a 4.5, then. I don't really have any complaints, but they could serve me a cold beer while I do my transactions. That would be nice.

I like Neteller (mainly because there are no other real options?), but they are not perfect. I hated the "foreign exchange fees" for the DC for example, i didnt pay 1.9% but 3.8%...

Neteller could improve its service for people using other currencies.

A- Plenty of room for improvement but they are the best single 3rd party for moving $$ to and from many books. However I closed my accts months ago with them.

I'm not to happy with them at the moment.

I made an instaCASH deposit on Dec 23rd.

The money was taken out of my bank account on Dec. 27th.

Neteller still has the transaction as "pending", which prevents me from withdrawing the amount pending.

I called them and they blamed the holidays, saying it takes 4 - 5 business days for the money to transfer from my bank account to them.

Ugh.. I wanted to get some money out for my big bday party coming up on the 11th, but between this and BetUS, doesnt look like its happening!

    Betfair use Neteller Bill.

Neteller also have a new deposit and withdraw method called Poli, direct from ur bank account. States that it is instant.
