Default VIP should be downgraded to at the most a C

First: I went to deposit 1000 into them to recieve the 10% reload I recieved it and went to place a bet and I was only able to place a 200 dollar max I went to live help (which takes 5 minutes to answer which is quick for them)and ask why, they tell me its a lines manager decision
I am down allmost 2k at vip so this surprised me I then asked why I wasnt informed of the limit change when I was asking for my bonus and they told me that it wasnt companie policy to inform players
I then asked for my money back and was told that I would have to play through the 1000 before I could ask for a withdrawal
Then I found out that they dont do withdrawals on weekends (even sportingbet do withdrawals on weekends)

So come to think of it they dont even deserve a C let alone a A+

Its not company policy to tell players their limits have been lowered?

Would you mind sending your account number to us at Assistance@sportsbookreview.com? I'd like to hear from the book why your limits were cut in the first place.

How is that possible? I can see forfeiting the bonus, but can they deny you taking out the $1,000 you just deposited?

I asked for the bonus to be taken of my account and for them to give me my money back but they said you can keep the bonus and roll the money 4 times ( pretty difficult with a 200 max) of forfit the bonus and roll the money once, I took the later option I bet it all today rnded up losing 130 and requested the withdrawal straight away, Lets see if they play funny buggers

That's just not a very good policy. We are contacting them. If a player has his limits reduced to $200 because he is beating their moves, which I'm betting thats what happened, then fine. But just basic good ole common courtesy would dictate you send the player an email and inform him of such. Since they changed the terms they should allow the customer to withdraw his funds without penalty or let him play under the terms he signed up under.

Just to add some balance to the discussion, I have had some absolutely fantastic recent experience with VIP.

"A" book by me.

My online limits were reduced to Zero without any notification. When I phone to place a bet I am not offered lines posted on the website. I am down to my last $100 or so. Just need to get rid of it and get out.
Also I can only place bets during daytime hours as there is no one there to authorise the bets out of hours.
Thought this was just normal VIP behaviour that everyone was aware of. Guess John wasnt.
I am an overall loser at VIP and doubt I have bet much more than $6 or $7000 with them.

Yeah anyone who think VIP is an A+ book is either unaware of pinnacle or on the take....one of the two.

I'd say VIP's probably an A- at best, more like a B+...

I agree VIP is not worthy of their rating. I was offered a 100% cash bonus there last month. I went on their live chat to make sure I was eligibleI was told that I indeed qualified.I made the deposit. When I still had not received my bonus the next day I went on their Live chat (which took forever) and was told I was not eligible. They found my transcript and addmitted that I was told that I was eligible but said the customer service ageant made a mistake. I have no respect for a company that does not take responsability when one of their employee's makes a mistake. I will never play there again. Every time i try to share my experience with VIP on the RX they never post my thread. I have really lost respect for the moderator's at the RX. If you have something negative (even though it is completely true) to say about one of their sponsors they will not post you thread.

lgboots,

very true about boots...I'm sure he'll respond shortly...

catsfan,

I had a similiar experience about a year and a half ago and have VIP to be a little shady when it comes to actually handing out bonuses...

For the record, I had some of my internet limits reduced to $0, and didn't receive any notice of it.

One thing you can count on, you will never see VIP with a lower rating than they have now. Doesn't matter how many times they pull this same trick, SBR will have them as an A+ book. You heard it here first.

We are working on it Sammy. These things take a little time. Not everyone we need to talk to is in Curacao this week which means we also have a six hour time difference.

Pat hopefully not. We have already lost 3 A+ books this year.

VIP doesnt have a good reputation on forums, that also tells you enough - clueless people dont count.

Some sites rated BetOnSports a perfect 10. You’er right yoshi VIP has a few bandwagoners. I can tell you that while we respect everyone’s opinion we rely on our own research. If you follow the forums you will see Bodog take their turn in the pickle barrel. Bet365 took their turn. A good while back WSEX took their turn and even CRIS took a long bath being on the SBR and MW negative list. We have to rely on what we know and continue to watch for material changes. We are happy to provide a stage for opinions and respect the posters who want to be heard. At the end of the day we will have 840 sportsbook ratings that we are confident in.
