    Default 5dimes Customer Service is top notch

    I really like the fact that I can call them and customer service will put me right to the sports wagering department and be able to discuss whether they're going to put up a line on an event I'd like to see . At times, I believe I've gotten the decision maker who sets the line on the phone! If I compare this to Pinny, who of course can only email saying we have not decided on that event, please check our site periodically... I guess every top book has it's strengths, but for bettor who bet on non mainstreams sports, 5 dimes rocks.

    5Dimes CS is one of the worst in the industry.

    i used to think that.. not anymore.

    in fact, i left 5dimes for a year or so, almost exclusively because the CS was so damn bad.

    Now, i think they have some of the best out there.. LiveChat always works fast, and usually is enough to f=to solve any issues i have.

    phone service has improved 10 fold, imo.

    A lot of players liked dealing with CS manager Nicole and I believe she is back.
