For 3 days now I have tried to contact nine.com. They are not answering any of my emails, and I cannot get hold of an agent via live help no matter how long I wait. Anyone experiencing the same problems?

I also could not contact their CS rep, hm
A book without a decent customer support is an A book?
I don't get it.

I was upset, because they never emailed me or called me to tell me my withdrawal was not being cashed out.

After approving their $15 fee they processed my withdrawal.

They seem to be very disorganized.

a friend of mine here in cr just bought a desk top computer from nine.com as they are moving the operation out of cr. On the supposedly clean hard drive were hundreds of CC fotocopies front and back with matching drivers licences. Anyone who used a cc at nine.com i suggest you cancell your card immediatly. This was just one computer of dozens that have been firesold from those offices.

Nine has received steady upgrades since it was taken over by VIP and VIP phased out the responsibilities of the CR base. The final step was bringing the book on the same platform and to rely on the VIP staff a la BetGameday. If the integration hasn't been seamless and CS issues continue they will be downgraded so keep the feedback coming. It has only been a few weeks since the transfer so maybe the latest upgrade was premature. I know that the player who had to verify he wanted to pay the fee was paid a few minutes after a call as CS said they didn't receive his emails. This thread will be sent off to mgt. as well.

This rating is clearly incorrect . Nine is worse than VIP and VIP is not A.
Why, despite the repeated complaints from posters, most accepted by SBR, is nothing done about their rating ?

VIP is A+ book that, like Bodog, prefers squares. That shouldn't lower the rating. As to Nine, anybody named Alistair has to be a smooth talker. Otherwise, he'd just be Al.

We constantly debate and examine the ratings. And we disagree often among ourselves. We have kept Nine lower than parent VIP by as much as a grade and a half. Recently, pre move to Curacao, they had done a much better job.

While they were in Costa Rica they finally adopted the VIP TOS after much lobbying. We sent to the top the recent comments on CS at Nine. They just moved from Costa Rica to Curacao so some cs glitches are to be expected. Now that the move is finally complete they need to improve cs or their rating will drop.

I can hardly believe Nine is rated "A". Damn they must pay you guys serious referral money. As far as us players. Do not not even think of sending money to these jokers. A losers only joint.
