    I live in Memphis; haven't heard about Snead, but I'm not doubting dle.

    Losing Snead would be a huge blow to the Rebels, but that team is loaded enough to beat my Tigers by more than three touchdowns with Arnold Horshack at QB.

    Can't find anything on this either but I feel like you're missing the point. If it is indeed true the line is going to drop quite a bit, and betting on a line that is going to drop is a no-brainer regardless of the outcome. if you bet on 17 and the line goes to 14 and Ole Miss wins by 30 you still made the right call.

    I agree, it would be the right call. All I'm saying is the Rebels are deep and Memphis is Memphis. I'm not even saying "the right call" is betting on Ole Miss; except for last year, the games have been close. This year's game at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium could be a good one, too.

    But the Rebels will be competing for the SEC title game and the Tigers will not even compete for the CUSA championship. Just bear that in mind if you make the right call on the Tigers.

    Mississippi radio station reported this and it appears to be a rumor at this point.
