Hi everyone
For 3 days now I have tried to contact nine.com. They are not answering any of my emails, and I cannot get hold of an agent via live help no matter how long I wait. Anyone experiencing the same problems?
Best Regards
Mark

Amazing. Greek responds to e-mail within seconds, it seems.
How did Nine join the A-books so quickly? Couldn't have been the positive feedback here.

I would not go near Nine.com. Win and you got problems. A losers only joint for sure. Just lose, you'll be fine.

they paid me pretty quick.
The problem I left their place was because they advertise -105 for Tuesday's games and nothing showing up 1/2 juice.
I then livechat and the CS told me if I lose they would credit me back. I'm not going to go through hoops on livechat or email to get $5 back from wagering $110.
There are more BS and problems, but they did pay me fine.

Limits cut immediately if they see you don't bet square numbers and start winning. Try fulfilling your bonus when they drop your limits to $100.
Many complaints on other forums about Nine.com. They are clearly a losers only joint.

now that they're owned by VIP, there shouldn't be too many problems playing with them...

Mepusica,
What time zone are you in? As Justbet said, if you are trying to reach them at 3-4am they might not have the chat manned. That's not an excuse though. The chats can offer send-a-message option instead.
Let's test their Live Chat

lol, might have something to do with me having a few chats opened. At least they give the right message now. I'll pass this thread on to mgt. so they can be sure to add the time-out feature for night time inquiries.

Louis -
thanks for your feedback.
It is clear that Nine.com is not geared for professional (or winning) players.
I just saw from another thread that Nine is rated as an A book here, I almost fell out of my chair. SBR was the last line of defense for players, maybe the last hold out where players could actually get accurate information here without the taint of ad dollars. If they are passing out A's to sh it books likes Nine we're all doomed. Seriously, this is something TOW would do. And I don't think being bought by VIP is near enough to make them a "cream of the crop" book, might move them from a D- to a D, but from a D- To an A? Straight from the rating guide on what kind of book Nine is designated to be:
A- to A+ Elite, top 1% of all Sportsbooks, Guaranteed safety & quality...

that really does suck...
