    Default problems with nine.com

    Hi everyone

For 3 days now I have tried to contact nine.com. They are not answering any of my emails, and I cannot get hold of an agent via live help no matter how long I wait. Anyone experiencing the same problems?

    Best Regards

Have you tried calling them yet bud? If you have went that route and have got no where with them, feel free to send an email with details to Assistance@SportsbookReview.com and maybe we can assist you.

ha i love how i search the forums for problems with this site, dont find anything, see they have an A- at SBR, so i put in a few dimes, then a few hours later i see a post like this. hope its just a misunderstanding (except i did talk to someone via livechat earlier today to get my bonus)

Amazing. Greek responds to e-mail within seconds, it seems.

How did Nine join the A-books so quickly? Couldn't have been the positive feedback here.

I would not go near Nine.com. Win and you got problems. A losers only joint for sure. Just lose, you'll be fine.

what kind of problems? cut limits, bonuses being taken away...? specifics please.

    they paid me pretty quick.
The problem I left their place was because they advertise -105 for Tuesday's games and nothing showing up 1/2 juice.

I then livechat and the CS told me if I lose they would credit me back. I'm not going to go through hoops on livechat or email to get $5 back from wagering $110.

There are more BS and problems, but they did pay me fine.

Limits cut immediately if they see you don't bet square numbers and start winning. Try fulfilling your bonus when they drop your limits to $100.

Many complaints on other forums about Nine.com. They are clearly a losers only joint.

Thanks for all the replies. I will just forget about nine.com and place my money somewhere else (my problems have been centered around signing up in the first place). Must say though, that their CS really really sucks! I think I have waited a combined 2 hours to get hold of an agent via live help with no result.

now that they're owned by VIP, there shouldn't be too many problems playing with them...

ok i am pretty sure this is because of the time of day that you are trying to reach them. i have talked to them via live chat probably 5 times since i signed up and did not have to wait more than one minute for assistence. try a different time of day or something. i have in no way experienced the problems you are describing.

    Mepusica,

What time zone are you in? As Justbet said, if you are trying to reach them at 3-4am they might not have the chat manned. That's not an excuse though. The chats can offer send-a-message option instead.

    Let's test their Live Chat

lol, might have something to do with me having a few chats opened. At least they give the right message now. I'll pass this thread on to mgt. so they can be sure to add the time-out feature for night time inquiries.

Default took nine.com 3 days to do a neteller withdrawal

I withdrew a mid 4 figure amount using neteller. After 2 days the withdrawal was not processed so I went to live chat to talk to them.

They transferred me to the cash out department. I waited for one hour and noone at the cashout department responded.

They told me the reason they did not process the cash out was because they needed me to approve a $15 fee to do the cash out.

I was upset, because they never emailed me or called me to tell me my withdrawal was not being cashed out.

After approving their $15 fee they processed my withdrawal.

They seem to be very disorganized.

And bettors should be aware that even though withdrawals are advertised as free, in some cases they charge a fee.

    Louis -

    thanks for your feedback.

It is clear that Nine.com is not geared for professional (or winning) players.

I just saw from another thread that Nine is rated as an A book here, I almost fell out of my chair. SBR was the last line of defense for players, maybe the last hold out where players could actually get accurate information here without the taint of ad dollars. If they are passing out A's to sh it books likes Nine we're all doomed. Seriously, this is something TOW would do. And I don't think being bought by VIP is near enough to make them a "cream of the crop" book, might move them from a D- to a D, but from a D- To an A? Straight from the rating guide on what kind of book Nine is designated to be:

A- to A+ Elite, top 1% of all Sportsbooks, Guaranteed safety & quality...
