I just tried to cash in the RX100 promotion at VIP and was told I was not eligible because I am from Canada and the offer was for North American customers only.
Luckily he was not the only person working there.

That is pretty bad, but sometimes I question whether even a quarter of offshore bettors even know where they are betting at, and if you tell them what country, they have no idea were it is. Speaking broadly, not the SBR crowd in particular. We spend enough time on the subject, we better know a little bit more.
