Default Somebody tell me why WAS/PIT is a pick

Well....WAS is getting a point, but still. I'm a huge Redskins fan. I know everything any fan has access to about this team. And I don't see how the Skins are going to score any points against PIT. Even if they do manage to move the ball a little bit, the Redskins depth is atrocious. Their 2nd and 3rd string is terrible. Their defensive backfield is a joke right now. I just can't believe a team that just got beat 23-0 by the Ravens is basically a pick vs the Super Bowl Champs. What am I missing?

I refuse to wager on NFL Preseason. This game could go either way in my opinion.

One possibility is that since Skins depth is unsettled, that assures that whoever is in the game will be giving it their all in an attempt to make the team. Steelers have nothing to prove and figure to be more complacent.

Then I guess you don't like money.

NFL Preseason is easier to beat than regular season.

Don't get me wrong LT, I love money. I'm zoned in on MLB right now. NFL Preseason is something I've never been interested in wagering on. If you have an edge, more power to you.

A lot of people have that misconception about preseason. Read this and you will see that it is not that hard to win consistently:

Betting NFL Preseason: Easy money for sharp bettors

It's by my favorite author too.

Steelers announced that they'd only be playing their starters for about a quarter in this game earlier today and then the line started to move. But 3 points? That seems like an overreaction, but I'm not an experienced preseason handicapper, so I guess we'll see...

Line makes sense to me, I thought it was weird the Steelers were favored. There was no justification for the Steelers as favorites.

Getting points at home is a good bet in NFL preseason.
