Favre has severely tarnished his career with all this retire then unretire bullshit.

The perfect role for him would be to end up like Vinny Testaverde. Just sit on the couch for a few weeks of the season until a few QB's get banged up and you get the "We need ya...get your suit on!" phone call. I feel he can't really last a whole season plus playoffs as a team's starting QB anymore but put him in mid-season until the finish line and you would have a shot for Favre to be useful.
