I've sent at least a dozen emails to ************.com
over the last month or so and haven't received a response.

Basically, I need to change my bank info to use with *******.
There is no phone # for customer service to be found anywhere.

Anyone actually received a response from them lately?

Never used them, so can't help you. Pretty lame that there's no phone contact on the website, though.

Anyway, the corporate HQ is in Ireland. If you can call there cheaply then it might be worth phoning to see if they can lead you in the right direction.

Betplom...don't know if you are from USA but ******* doesn't do business with U.S. customers anymore I think.

I'm in Canada, I've called the "collections" 800 number, which appears to be two guys in Montreal, very rude and not helpful. They are very curious as to how I obtained the 800 number for them. Ignorant ***** for sure, I doubt they would talk/behave the way they do if we were face 2 face.

I'm going to try the numbers already listed.
