Safe to say the soccer cappers are the sharpest of all sports on SBR?
Yeesh.. I look at almost every thread on the forum and everyone not only has a + units record, but they are hitting a crazy amount of their picks!

I'm guessing in Vegas every hotel has a sportsbook section? If so, i'll be putting my bets on friday night, either before or after the meet n greet. You'll see me in the Golden Nugget with my laptop looking at stats lol. Any other soccer handicappers going to the Bash?

Soccer is not the hardest to cap though. The same teams dominate the leagues every year and most of the good teams never lose more than 15% of their games. And with the 3 outcomes hedging is good. No offence to any of the good soccer cappers here but imo it is easy to cap if your just picking winners but if your picking totals it can be frustrating. But for sure soccer is a good money maker

soccer is less bent than tennis. so many russian chalks went bust.
i agree, soccer totals are frustrating. you bet the over and they end with 1-1. bet the under, they score 3 goals in the final minutes.

That doesnt make it easier, that makes it harder to find any sort of value IMO. Using the top 4 teams in England for example, they may not lose alot but if you keep backing them all you will lose money in the long term.
Soccer is a pain because ALL the value is in backing the draw, its just people dont like doing it.

The soccer forum has very knowledgeable people.
The horse forum is good too. Tennis is not bad either. Some sharp players.
The big three sports (in the US) have probably the worst forums. The more popular the sport, the more idiots are attracted. Law of nature. So by that standard, soccer forums in Europe would be terrible.

Would have to agree based on what I've seen. Even with the higher vig that can come from soccer, it seems beatable if you follow the right folks and use good money management.

Soccer Caping is not as easy as its being made out to be on this thread, from the outset the ML is 33% while on Tennis or NBA its 50%

Like every sport the vast majority of soccer cappers don't do very well at all, in fact the possibility of their being three outcomes ML / Draw and Loss makes it harder for people to start capping in contrast to alot of other big sports which have two possibitities.
A word of warning, don't think soccer is free money and start going in big without fully understanding it inside out.
