Recently, Pointber Poker cannot do withdrawal and deposit? Is this true? Their reply as usual short and general :- technical problem? So, far it has been many days,....anybody same problems? And today I login my Pointbet Poker balance is ZERO??? Now still waiting for their.

Pointbet's low ratings are based on their location and occasional issues with local authorities and not on their financial stability or customer service.

There is no need to panic. Pointbet is a fine operation and most of he time is much better in al aspects than A or even A+ books.

Customer references (including my personal) have always been very positive on them.
This issue is most likely to be resolved by Pointbet iteself in nearest time.

Today, things getting worst. I cannot log into the Pointbet Poker? From the main website, they replied me to look into it today but no progress at all. PLEASE does anybody can do withdrawal/deposit at Pointbet Poker? Your feedback is appreciated.

One of my Euro contacts is a big supporter of this book and said they are as solid as they come. Are you saying they haven't returned any of your queries about your poker account? Maybe get in touch with Bill and see if he can help you with this issue if that's the case.

Hey Guys really appreciate your reply and support. I shall keep u update on this issue. Now is Day 5 since my email to Poinbet, but I m not sure when this problem started.

This is their latest reply:-

"We understand your anxious for can not login to our Poker and we regret that.
However, the problem seems to take more time than we expected therefore your patience will be much highly appreciated, thank you.

Regarding your balance, please be assured that we will process it accordingly after the problem is solved.
We`ll update you as soon the problem is solved.

Yeah, I'm surprised none of the mods have come into this thread. I think Bill's email is assistance@sportsbookreview.com or maybe it's "Bill" instead of assistance, but the former should get you in touch with the powers to be. Good luck.

Today is the 14 days and still no reply from Pointbet. I m very dissapointed with them as I support Pointbet for many years. This shows that if you got problem and (from the response I got) a minority. You can't do anything but just move on.
