LOL, yea be like a sportsbook maybe. Serial posters will be limited to something like 15 posts a day. (hmmm that aint a bad idea)

Could always set it up so that posters get 1 point for every 3 posts (or some kind of formula) with a maximum of 20 points you can earn for a day. That would keep the serial posters count down to a more reasonable #.

Bad idea ive been here 2 years and only have 2060 post and when collage foots strarts i may post 30 or 40 on game day i shoudnt be penalized for that to 15 IMO

There needs to be a maximum quota of points earned per day. Maybe after posting 50 posts per day you can't earn any more points for 24 hrs.

Nicky is right for once. You need to show people that abusing the system and spamming will not be tolerated. Send a message with a week long ban, or at least a lengthy ban from earning points.

Once people see that SBR is serious, they'll quit spamming.

I haven't been here long and know my opinion isn't worth as much as some others, but that TPowell user is a tool. Seeing him break up sentences of the same thought as a different post seconds apart from one another is unbelievable.

I read more here than I post when in the more serious threads and betting forums because there is a lot to be learned from alot of smart cappers when i am in players talk or play talk as i like to say. I like joking around aggravating people and having a good time but imo thats more of a players talk type thing. I would never have joined if not for BTP I love to play in contest I had never been registered anywhere that you had to post and if I was I never posted. I came a round and read what you guys were posting and was amazed at the art of capping!! My point being (no pun intended) ill be here points or no points that is not why im here if i get a few points that will be great to have a shirt or hat or what ever you can get but thats not why I come here its for the knowledge I can gain from great cappers its almost like im a thief because there's alot more for me to gain than I have to give !! Post count and points nice capping and winning big bucks GREAT!!! God gave us two ears and one mouth so we could listen twice as much as we talk!!!!

Another one of my ideas that SBR used. I prevented the total collapse of the points system in the early days.

Did no one see the thread showing SBR's ranking? For every 1 poster that throws a temper tantrum and leaves, 10 or more will replace them. Does it lower the quality of the posts? Debateable. If you need posters like Bread and Buztah to make SBR worth visiting, you have problems.

You posters need to get over yourselves. This is a business, and business is fukking good.

Posters leave because they lose all their money...they are barreled in and once they come across some cash return under another name. Bread no doubt reads this forum daily...
