Default Who's the most annoying marching band?

Number one-Oklahoma!!!!I would like to shove that Sooner schooner piece by piece up the kazoo of each and every member of the band.Their school song is worse than that Disney song,It's a small world afterall.

Number 2 is Texas. It sounds very similar to Oklahoma's band. They can take their I've been working on the railroad and shove it on the south end of the Rio Grande.

Anyone else with their picks for the worst-most annoying?

USC by far. That frecking band never shuts up. They play during every series when USC has the ball and after just about every play they play a tune. Makes it tough to watch with sound on the TV.

I know they dont get much national attention so you guys might not know them. But the Texas Tech band is the worst in the land. Its a high school band on steroids. There cheer leaders actualy do the 2 bits 4 bits cheers as well.

I really can't stand the Ohio State band. Their songs sound like sixth grade band class.

I only notice the USC band playing after every goddamn play and both sides of the ball. I've never noticed any other band doing it, except after touchdowns.

Makes it even more annoying when you're losing.

One band I miss seeing each year is the MOB, Marching Owl Band, at Rice. That really is a collection of non-students, and made up of high schoolers in the Houston area plus some of the Rice alum. I even marched with them once as a high school junior about 137 years ago

The MOB is the antithesis of the Fightin Texas Aggie Band, who I enjoy watching above all others. The stories about feuds between those two groups go on and on and on.

ain't that Aggie band them brown-shirt Nazis with them corps-turd/goat-fukker boots on? and don't they have all dude cheerleaders wearin' pot-shack white outfits?

Prick, methinks you're just jealous that the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band can march in straight lines while playing a musical instrument. In other words, they can do two things at once, unlike your average everyday jarhead

Those 'goat-fukker boots,' as you so eloquently described, have been worn by some of this nation's greatest calvary members. Ever heard of a fellow by the name of George Patton? You did read your history books, didn't you?

You must be annoyed quite often then.

It sounds like you're more annoyed with school songs rather than the bands.
I will second the thought, though, that Oklahoma has one of the worst school songs.
But I always enjoy the school songs, regardless of their quality. While players and coaches change, songs are one of the constants that remain the same.
I particularly enjoy Wisconsin's song. It was my high school's song and always brings back nice memories.
