I withdrew yesterday. The transfer from the book to your gold-pay account is instant. Then you just hit withdraw and choose what method you want to withdraw via and fill out info and then it takes about an hour or two for them to send you the information, then you take it to store and you get the cash. Its almost instant, at least compared to waiting on bank checks. For me this is the best thing, considering Im not a high roller and dont end up paying very much in fees. My whole transcation cost me under 40$. Thats including the fees to send ** and receive **. I am totally satisfied with gold-pay.
As for transferring on a weekend, Im not sure. I do know that a book can transfer your money to your account and it be updated on a weekend. So i assume that if money is in your gold-pay account you could make a deposit.

I can think of better options to use than Gold-Pay at any book, including Matchbook.
They are new, based in CR, they won't divulge much information but did state that they were open to having SBR tour their location.

I thinking of trying Gold-Pay, but I am more concerned with GP than the IRS.

That's what Im sayin
What happened to the old days when I could withdraw by Neteller and have it in the account ready to withdraw from ATM in 24 hours for FREE
40 bucks is cheap for getting a paid? On top of paying all the fees to deposit? Unreal
If you went to the casino and won at blackjack and they said its 40 dollars to cashout would you say gee that's cheap

Glad to hear things went well for you. FYI starting in September Gold-Pay will be open 7 days a week for processing deposits. Withdrawals will still be processed M-F. The Gold-Pay e-wallet functions 24/7 and you can make or receive a transfer in the Gold-Pay system at anytime.

my experience with gold-pay was alright. The $43 dollar fee was outrageous when I used to pay $9.99. But I only left my money in there for 30 minutes. There site is really janky and just unprofessional which really turned me off. Either way my money got to matchbook and I was happy, but if something went wrong I probably would've been fvked. I wouldn't leave your money there too long.

Let see
1. They are in Costa Rica - So they operate under no regulation at all and there is no recourse if they take your $. ie Cascade
2. XOOM - is apparantly not doing business with them
3. Unprofessional website that seems to be down more than it is up (it is down again today)
Anyone from GOLD-PAY that can address this?????

Gold-Pay is a joke - I love how they show up and tout their service then bail when people are having problems. Been trying to deal with them all day. Dont even attempt XOOM. This is what I got from them

Glad I read this thread. I was considering setting up with Gold-Pay but now that I see they will not come into the forum and work with customers I'll look elsewhere. Thanks to those who shared their experience.

$40 is cheap if you deposit $300 and won $3000. Sooner or later you complain about $40 is too much. That when you deposit $300 and lost half then you complain. Also $40 is too much if they take too long to cash out.
With all those times I withdrew and payed those high fee's of $40-$50. I could of brought some cristal champagne already.

I have used Gold-Pay twice already to withdraw $1800 and then a week later $2400. The same day I got the info needed to pick up my money it's a great way to instantly get your money. My other option was withdrawing from Matchbook but considering they charge $ 39 for a check and then until it gets to me and then until it clears that is at least 14 business days... I am willing to pay a few extra dollars to have it in my possession instantly.

i am glad i am not the only one who likes *******, a few extra dollars in fees is more than worth it to me, the only problem might be with the books themselves if they have their end funded when you want a payout, but ******* itself is very smooth

We have had some Xoom issues and are working on improving the approval rate for that option. I think our processing has solved some of the problems but admittedly it is a work in progress.

I signed-up wit G-P this week have not used them yet.
My situation is Book ABC will not do a B2B with XYZ but both books do G-P. In this case it is cheaper to use G-P than w/d cash and depositing.
If/when I do it I will report back
