Default 5 Dimes Customer Service issue

Their website is Mozzilla unfriendly - you cannot even view lines in Mozzila.

I wrote CSD a week ago about this issue, and never received any response. Has anyone else had problems with 5 Dimes CSD?

You'll need to use another browser. Also not the only book that has that issue.

Lot of this software was designed years ago and specifically for IE. Would be nice if worked for both, but 5Dimes puts out so many lines, I don't see them make big changes that could risk the setup they have any time soon. But you at least deserve an email response. And if others have a similar feeling about Mozilla, more emails might prompt action.

Try to download all the possible plugins for Firefox and Mozilla and it might work.
They are much better browsers but need tons of plugins to work properly with all the sites.

I believe there is an extension for Firefox (which I use and love) that allows sites to be viewed as they would be in IE. If I find it I'll post a link but it's worth checking out.

I mainly use Mozilla Firefox but I have Netscape and IE for web design purposes.

I don't have a problem viewing 5Dimes lines. There are plug-ins to download for Firefox. I did that a long time ago but I will look for the ones you actually need.

Max

Edit: And JJ, Mozilla's browser is making a lot of people nervous at Microsoft

Maybe I took for granted you had already downloaded Java, Shockwave and Flash plug-ins for Firefox. Here's a link for the main plug-ins.

Maxthon is IE, just with more features.

Firefox is the browser I use. Much faster and more features. I got most of the tab extensions, and its a blast.

IE is no browser, its a joke...
Firefox is good, so is opera.

Yeah i noticed that on 5dimes with firefox, the lines are cut off somehow...sometimes you see none, sometimes ony a few.

The new Netscape uses parts of IE...works on the IE sites.

Onlooker, You are way too happy about your browser.

Man, I havent used Netscape in like 5 years. Cant remember the last time.

I just cant wait to FF views all sites perfectly. Nothing has really bothered my yet. Just would be nice to have every site format right.
