Remember though watching scores does not make your bet win.

cbs has always been a step ahead as far as layouts

Most sites now as far as speed goes are the same.

Some times CBS stalls though. Like when somebody hits into a double play or a homerun is hit, it can stall. Then if you switch to Covers, they will already have the play recorded. So sometimes Covers is faster.

you're good.. i have stared at cbs screen probably for 48,003 hrs.. and you are right.. on any DP, or a big error, or a winning run scored, it can take up to 6 minutes to update.. thus, every site is way faster.

but by just following the easy to read screen, the quick updates, no need to refresh.. nothing tops CBS.. try going to espn.com OR mlb.com and you will puke and run back to cbs..

CBS waits to update at times while they are awaiting ruling from the official scorer.

For example a bases loaded double with 3 guys on, and the left fielder boots it, it takes a minute or two for the official scorer to get everything ruled so CBS waits until the play is official in terms of double or triple, how many RBI's, etc.

Usually if you are rooting for the team at bat and there is a big delay, you can bet something good happened for you.

or it could have been an inning ending double play..

anything that needs lots of typing, will take long.. doesn't have to be them waiting for an official ruling. the worst is at the end when they take 6 min to say.. base hit, run scored, ball game is over and you lost.. you sit there staring at the screen praying they didnt' score, and that you see black 0... only to see what you knew you'd see.. a red 1 and you lose..
