I worked at a car wash in highschool at age 16. Try to work on the finishing side of the wash, which is where you make the tips. I could pull down about $60 in tips on a good Saturday. If they put you in the vaccum department, you can make about $10/day scooping up loose change under people's seats. You can also find a few snacks, maybe a loose french fry or peanut here and there. Good luck!

Day 2 GA
Summary.....What fukkin jerkoffs go there, real losers . I cannot believe I have to listen to those nit wits stories. This won guy gambled his whole house on 5 games and he had 3 kids and lost the house to the book. I started fukkin laughing and the guy started talking shit with me and I went over to push him but it was broken up. Some real nerds there too, not City slickers like me. Hey I am playing the game here and hopefully it will work and I will never bet again.
I got news for you boys.............I do not miss it.

Yes! Unfortunately I have to go to bed now, as I am going swimming in 9 hours.
Note to SBR: You should consider adding a jjgold RSS feed in addition to your front page RSS feed..
(and you should update your front page RSS feed to include the full front page text instead of only the subject.
Eg:
I only get 11.07.2006 (08:32 CST)
BetOnSportsOnline (SBR rating F) Warning
even though I choose to view the full page
On "normal" RSS feeds, I also get
This scam operation continues to steal from players. The book’s owner has contacted SBR refuting the scam label but fails to fulfill new promises to pay.
and so on when I choose to view the full page...)

The announcement is in, I am leaving SBR mainly because
The announcement is in, I am leaving SBR mainly because of my involvement with GA, my sponsor advises to stay off forums as it is a bad influence. I had a great time here and love Johhny, I swear if he was a woman I would of loved to bang him in an alley and if I was drunk might not of cared if he is a guy. When I am hungry I will go after hot meat. All you boys are great guys and we had some good fun here. It is too bad I never met any of you. My life is heading into a new direction and a cleaner direction.
Now one little twist here, I am keeping the posting name JJGOLD alive and well by allowing one of the most respected gamblers I know use my name. I will give him my password after this post. He is a funny guy and a big guy like me. I will let him introduce himself later in this thread and his name is Elmer. He is a young kid but a marvel and has lots of time to post. So the name will still appear everyday so you see my name and still feel comfortable here, I am leaving but the spirit will remain. He has posted a few times at RX but that is about it , decent knowledge of books but not allowed yet to play online.
Please be nice to Elmer as he is young but a tough a guy. I hope all your bets are winners and do not end up like me.
Good Health to everyone.

Hey dudes, new poster here. I am a good friend of JJ's from Newark and will now post in his place while he straightens his life out. I loved the Big Easy (we called him that here in the streets) but he never saw a game he did not like and bet way over his head. He is a great guy though and I think he will straighten his life out.
Well a little about me, my name is Elmer, I am sixteen years old and dropped out of school last year to work with my dad in the family bakery. I go by the name "The Baker". I bet about $200 per game and only bet with 2 locals because too young to bet offshore. I do research on offshore books and in a few years I will be playing online. I know some stuff about them and use test accounts to get the feel. I am definitely more controlled than JJ as a bettor and as a person. My main strengths are NY, NJ teams in all sports so I usually will have plays on those games. I am also a hustler like JJ so know the streets well even at 16. My Dad is connected somewhat.
JJ is everyones idle around here in Newark and hate to see him move. I idolized him since I was 11 and always loved when he threw gum to us from top of buildings. I hope things go well here and will enjoy posting about gambling and sports. JJ gave me some tips of personality types here and how to conduct myself. I am a rookie so go easy.
Elmer

Mods I Want An Ip Check On Jj
There Is No Way Elmer Is A Real Person
Jj Has Some Kind Of Split Personality Disorder And Is Currently On Meds For This
I Am Also Stumbling Upon Discrepanys
Just Last Week, Jj Says He Cannot Stand And Work For More Than 3 Hours Because Of Some Disability And Colelcts From The Gment On This
Yet We Are Supposed To Believe He Will Work 8 Hours A Day At A Car Wash Standing On His Fukkin Feet?
Will He Be In A Wheelchair Scrubbing? Will He Work 1 Hour A Day? I Guess Peopel Witll Tip Him Because He'll Look Like A Dikk

As clever and amusing as this particular incarnation of JJ's schtick might well be (and I do use the phrase "clever and amusing" with all sincerity), I think most of us realize that that such an endeavor would be a waste of time.
