Default The Fundamental Distinction between a SLOWPAY and a NOPAY

Hello SBR

I asked Bill about Futurebet and he said there were issues and that "some are unresolved and some are paid..."

This highlights an important issue. To me, this assessment is too black/white. Obviously, if you're a recreational player looking for a great book, you know not to get involved. But a more fundamental distinction (that the above does not address) is that between a SLOW-PAY and a NO-PAY.

Both specifically in this case and more generally by looking at the avoid/blacklist one can not tell the difference! In this case it would be key to know about the unresolved complaints. Are they unresolved because they're new. Are there any old ones that are unresolved? Has anyone not been blatantly stiffed? If someone was stiffed, was there any justification for it?

Take Sportsinteraction (what I know about them). They have slowpaid and been graded poorly here for years. But I have never heard of anyone getting stiffed. Sharps have pounded them for years for the max. So while someone reporting on them might say, "Yeah there are a ton of complaints there" but a more thorough look will show that these complaints will get resolved after some time and frustration and they do not stiff people (again this is my educated guess.)

As for the avoid/blacklist, you can see if there are Payout Problems but this does not get into whether they SLOW or NO-PAY and to me, this is the most important thing one can learn with these C-F books.

A few yrs back it was normal for an A book to take 48hrs to pay but now if it takes more than 12hrs peeps will scream to the high heavens about a slow pay.

But to your question, IMHO anything under 5 business days is OK, just OK. Over 5days is Slow Paying. Over 10 business days is a Red Flag to stay away, yet worse, over 20 business is IMHO a NO PAY. After a month of nothing a player is very very lucky to get 100% of his cash back.

I'd agree, over 5 business days is a slow-pay.

And once you're waiting 20 days, you're definitely into no-pay mode. But once you get paid, it obviously can't be a no-pay anymore. So now you can say that you were slow-paid. And that's what counts.

My 1st real street bookie used to collect on tue and pay on wen. It's wasnt because he didnt have the cash, later I found out it was because he wanted to see how desperate a guy was for money. If you asked for your money on tue he would give it to you without a problem but would tell you he didnt want your biz any longer.

He knew if a guy could not wait 24hrs then he was dealing with a future stiff.

We look at the listed rules. If a book states up front that it may need 4 business days to process a Neteller, 72 hours would not be a slow-pay. The shop will never receive high marks from SBR or the player since it operates below the standard. Players have complained about books like SportsbettingTrivia and we would have to ask them to update us the following week.

The same goes for limits. Internet1x2 is telling players upfront they can only get $2500 a week. That's rough but nothing we can do when a new depositor complains.

We would spare the book the slow-pay label if they had an error and were reprocessing payment right away. We use our judgment on whether the book was aware that it wasn't going to pay on time and if it didn't offer an alternative method right away.

It's not an exact science but a no-pay is really an indefinite slow-pay where payment can not be expected in the foreseeable future. Futurebet and Internet1x2 dished out no-pays, were in no-pay mode, and could have made a lot of interest on the amounts withheld.

Sportsinteraction probably would of stiffed me, I firmly believe they had no intention of paying me. If the sponsor had not went to bat for me. Though no pay is far worse than slow pay. Slow pay also goes to the integrity of the book and I firmly believe that SIA are a lying bunch of BS'ers. I don't believe this crap that they can't get their payouts right its been years, the only reason is to keep you in and hope you give some back.

what's the name of SIA's in house banking, Swift-Pay? Whatever, once I made a deposit with them and they held-up the official deposit time for 5days but came out of my bank within 24hrs. Then they told me it would be 5 more days from the official deposit time before I could w/d. All they wanted was to hold the cash for 2 calendar weeks. That is NO good when scalping.

Make your life easy when playing with SIA - use neteller. Swiftpay is just asking for problems.

They took it off the site when they had problems with it then put it back.

Hi,

I won a bet on the Holland vs France game and placed a $10 bet that holland will score 4 goals and France 1 which came true. the odds were 101 and so my winnings were 1010 us dollars. Until now they have not paid me a single dime and I've asked a thousand dollars cash out.

I took the wire money to my bank account option and gave them all the details they needed to make the wire transfer but still nothing so far. I sent them emails and they mailed me back asking for copies of my credit card front and back and also my drivers licence id copies. I also spoke to one of their guys in los angeles and he said they could pay pal the money to me but also no payment so far.

no legitimate business will ask for copies of your credit card and it is very unsafe to begin with. Please help me. my user ID on www.internet1x2.com is ROMAVICTOR.

THANKS.
