Hey all,

Just got two $3000 checks from Matchbook and have shitty WellsFargo as my bank. They are the worst when it comes to Canadian checks and have told them I will be changing banks due to their policies on depositing Canadian Check(fees up to $200 and a month wait!)

Wondering if any of you use Matchbook and have a bank that has taken their checks and for the most part deposited the money into your count in a decent time frame with no fees? Or should I sign up with a credit union?

Fukk banks. Every one of them. They are thieves. Find a credit union and join. Mine cashes Canadian checks for no charge. Money available right then if the check is not too large. At most, a 5 day wait.

I really like my credit union for the most part. The one time I deposited a check from MB there though I was unpleasantly surprised they charged me 89 bucks to process it.Since then I use my regular bank who charges me 10 to process. At least that is somewhat reasonable.Haven't had a check from MB in a while though since it's usualy easier to just do a book transfer.
