    Default I need SBR's help with BetKlass.com

    If I would know this in first place I wouldn't bother to go with this site.

    They have a LIVE CHAT button but it's never operational.
    When you try to leave a message through the LIVE CHAT message system you get an error message (something's wrong with their script).

    The only way to "communicate" with this bookie BetKlass.com is by email but they don't respond that fast to emails, they normally ignore them.
    I don't know who's standing behind this bookie, but I need some help to get communication from them because I have a withdrawal pending with them and they won't process it if they don't get proper communication, and the only way to communicate properly with them is through SBR's help, so can you please help me somehow?

    What do I need to do to get some help from SBR? Please....

    ....he actually meant: "I have a withdrawal pending with them and they won't process it if they don't get proper documentation".

    I have seen 100's of "documentation" problems. Is it "I don't feel like sending my CC", "I sent my CC in and they complained that the hologram didn't copy clearly", ... Even documentation issues can be varied.

    There's a phone number on their site. You should try to communicate with them this way.

    I have all documentation they need, including front and back of my DC I used to deposit, utility bill, bank statement, passport, everything they need. They just need to ask for it!! The problem is they don't because they simply don't reply to emails!!!

    Everything is registered properly and I don't have a problem to send it to them.

    I am not going to spend money on outgoing calls to a phone number in Malta, this doesn't worth the small amount I made on this bet (£40), so I would like them to reply to emails or to process things like a normal book, if they need authroziation form for the DC, passport or utility bill whatever, I can give it to them, but they DONT REPLY TO EMAILS.

    They are not communicating properly, and the fact they have a LIVE CHAT button on their site was just a scam thing, because it's never operational and if I knew that before I placed a bet with them I would never bother to use them in first place.

    Please help me to get them REPLY TO EMAILS, please!

    As I said in post 15 this isn't the case, absolutely not.
    I have everything to hand and updated, and whatever you/they need I can scan it full colour whichever way you want or need it.

    We will certainly try to help. It's reasonable to expect to document the conversation through email.

    Giving them a buzz might be the best time saver. If SBR can't shake an email loose from them, that's the next step.

    Another piece of advice, take it upon yourself to fax in the docs you are expected to be asked for. That may allow someone to hand your issue off to the next person.

    I have submitted a complaint form with full information.

    Let's see if you can get them to respond by email.
    My only concern is the fact they're on a red list and mentioned as a slow-pay book, I am not sure their phone number even works!!

    There are complants on them in other sites, they are known to be giving problems, I can't work it out myself Bill.

    I am sure if you guys will be getting involved there are greater chances for some communication from them.

    Bill, you are reviewing sportsbooks, tell them you will downgrade them to F- if they don't communicate properly. I mean put them into your Rating Guide and then they will be shaken off to send some emails. I'm sure it will help others as well.

    I've just tried it now and got the same screen as always:



    I'm very concerned because BookmakersReview has too many negative stories such as:

    They haven't replied to my emails, and all I want is to make the withdrawal processed and that's it.
    If they need documents from me for verification they need to ask for it, but they don't communicate.

    I hope they are okay to pay the winnings, but I'm very concerned based on the RED FLAG in BookmakersReview.
    If they had no red flags I wouldn't be concerned.

    This thread will finish withou result like my case before 6 months where i was charged with 457$ die to''exchage rate'' between USD-USD.
    I fill complaint here,and send fax to LGA-malta-They reply me after 1 month that they will investigate ,but still no result.
    I strongly recommend everyone to stay away.

    BTW-They tried to launch a new site-BMax1.com

    I am complaining to Malta that:

    1) They don't reply to emails, they are ignoring emails.
    2) They don't process my withdrawal, although they notified me only today to send them documents but the trouble with them is they don't reply and there is no one to talk to, you just talk to the wall with these guys. Damn it!!

    That's good news.
    I haven't received other replies but I don't care, I'm glad they are processing it today.
    I will let you know if I don't receive it but if I do then case closed, glad they did it fast and didn't let me wait, that's good.
