How many hours do you work vs how many hours do you cap?
I usually work about 30-35 hours a week and cap about 3.

I Work a forty to forty five hour work week at my real job.
During this forty to forty five hours I spend about 5 hours capping each week.
I then spend another ten hours a week try to pinpoint one game that is considered my "lock" of the week.

I spend roughly 2 months worth of prep work before the pucks, hoops, football, and baseball season even starts.
After I do that I spend still roughly 30-40 hours a week reading articles, injury reports, watching coaches press conferences, ect, ect as well as the capping itself.

my 'capping takes either 5 minutes (coin flip technique), 20 minutes (chicken bone technique), or almost an hour (write the team names on slips of paper, light the Jesus candle and see where the wax drips technique). any of them are more time than i spend at work

I work 60-80 hrs/wk and cap about 5-10 hrs.
Needless to say, I am single and not currently in a serious relationship.

45-55 hrs a week at work
1 hour or less on capping depending on whats going on, don't really care for sitting in front of a computer for hours during the summer, winter more because we're all locked inside.

I usually put in about 70 hours per week. I do most of my work from home and out in the field. It is not really a job to me to work lots of hours. I am on call 24/7 and have to deal with ignorance amongst the employees. I don't spend much time capping, maybe about 2 or 3 hours per week, if that.

'Where will Timmy T be in 5 years?

I work at my real job about 40-50 hours a week. I spend another 15+ reviewing stats, filling out my workout sheets and capping. My goal is to get my work down to 15 hours and my gambling up to 40-50.
