Default sportsinteraction won't pay me!

Just wanting to let you guys know I'm having problems getting my money from SportsInterAction.com.

I withdrew my deposit on 18th of this month. My sportsbook account showed my withdraw was made on the 20th. ???

They E-mail me on the 20th stating my account information was wrong and I needed to replay to an e-mail and give them my bank account information again. This same day I e-mailed my account information, the 20th.

I called on the 25th, and they stated my withdraw took effect on the 23rd and it would take 3-4 days to deposit into my account. That would be no later than the 27th.

It is now the 31st, I e-mail this morning and received no response I even left my phone number. I have now called, and customer service could not give me any information except that the account department was looking into the matter and give them another 2 days, which will be 2-weeks and a day and I'm still not sure if I'll have my money.

I don't think I'll be betting through them anymore. They sure can take my money easily, but they hate to pay it out! I only get the run around. I should have had my money well over a week ago.

Dakota-

i'll be happy to help you. Feel free to email me with details at justin@sportsbookreview.com, or you can write assistance@sportsbookreview.com.

Was your withdrawal by Swiftpay? SIA has had a lot of troubles with that payment provider, but the players were eventually paid.

Hopefully was 3-4 business days and will hit your account tomorrow. But Justin is right on, email us and we should be able to look into it.

Play at sportsbooks like Pinnacle, WSEX, and Olympic. You'll have your WD money a few minutes after requesting it.

Default SIA are crap

I agree with dakota5369 I have personally made a withdrawl request from SIA about 10 days ago. I have sent all the documents that they have asked for, emailed them so many times, but i have never gotten a solid reply as to what has happened with my withdrawl request.

The strangest thing is that i got an email confirming the withdrawl has been processed and sent to my bank account via wire transfer, but 2 days later i get an email from them saying they still needed proof of address??? Later when i asked Customer service about the email that i got confirming the withdrawl, and that is has indeed been processed, they said they had no evidense of such a transaction or such an email, and i had to forward the email that THEY themselves sent me, confirming the withdrawl. I am still waiting for their reply. And if i call them once a day, they get so pissed at me, and and tell me that i have to wait until they contact me, which will probably take 15 days. I will definetley not be using SIA anymore.
