I was told that the poster Reload formally of EOG is...
going to be a regular poster on SBR now and thinks in no time that SBR will want to hire him as the next mod. I promised that I would not reveal who told me this information but I can see it coming. Unreal, he thinks he is going to come here and start to run things.

Agreed. Guy deserves a chance if for no other reason than he's shown he's got principles, can't be easy to cross that street. |

He was a volunteer -- had his salary taken away. If he was still on Shrink's payroll, he would've publicly supported any decision shrink made. Fact. |

start a thread welcoming reload... the newest mod at sbr... hahaha. say something like " we dont know how you got the job without moving to texas, but glad to have you" and see how long it takes AAO to totally flip the fukk out. that kid will have a heartattack if he thought they hired someone without even letting him know they were hiring. ive never seen a kid want to work for a sports forum so bad.

I realize rumors can get out of hand fast in the forum world, but I can assure everyone that I have no plans to be a moderator here. Recently, I have written a few articles for SBR and have been in touch with Bill Dozer and Willie Bee about doing some more of that but nothing beyond it.
I appreciate some of the thoughts mentioned in this thread and look forward to interacting more with everyone on here.

Remember that Mo talked a lot of shit about The Shrink when he got the SBR gig (look in his posting history for some comedy moments). That was all forgotten when The Shrink got him back offering a $0.25 an hour increase. All's fair in love and forums.

My options are open at this point, tacomax. I have been looking into a variety of opportunities. Overall, I am more concerned with finding the right fit than the right payroll. Writing is something I have always enjoyed so that is one area I am focused on. Another mod position would be interesting but if the chance came along, I would be really selective about the fit and team that I am a part of with it.
