Their CS is horrible, but fees are definitely much better.
For example p2p transfer of 15K costs at Neteller 285 USD, at Moneybookers 0.65 USD, that is 43 846% difference![]()

I use them frequently, I think Sean has posted at TheRX that whilst technically not allowing gambling transactions, they haven't blocked his.. kind of a blind eye approach.
