Few things more annoying than getting timed out and having to log in again.
A while back I came across some kind of software that took care of this problem. No more time outs! Only problem. I'm not sure if it was real, or if I dreamt it.
Help!

Does the book you are using allow you to refresh odds through the browser or do you need to click a refresh button? If its browser based, there are auto-refreshers. Some of these guys may have written a script to click on the button.

I use several books with short time-out periods: Cascade, Skybook, Canbet. The Greek, WSE, and Matchbook are great in this regard. Pinny is somewhere in between, pretty short.
Skybook used to have a refresh option, but no longer. The others don't. Would be great if the user could set the timeout period.
