You know what they were actually pretty cool. They told me we live in a gated community and we want kids to be able to play in the streets and we wont be able to do that if you drive fast so could you please slow down. The funny part was there was all sorts a people there for a hearing that were pissed off as hell. Dam I don’t know would ever want to serve on the executive bored on a home owners association

Glad to hear it went well. I find these boards to be pretty interesting. When you pay this much money to buy your property you pretty much want to live as you see fit. The more you pay the more people are like WTF when they get called on something or have restrictions in place. If you are going to buy in to communities that have boards just be aware you are giving up a lot of freedom.

Once you have kids (not sure you do or not), you will understand how they feel. Before my boy was born, you driving fast through the complex wouldnt of bother me. But now that I have a kid, I would be out there with a tack strip waiting for you.
