If this recent victim wishes to pursue any channels of collection that carrys a cost he should contact SBR for aid. There was, and still is a robust legal fund set up by SBR for the Cascade victims to chase down scammer Lenny that has a surplus.

SBR guys should also keep up the pressure and find out who the processors of this scam book are and inform them they are doing business with a known scam(send them links). Also pressure the software company and the ISP and hosting company.

Crusades take time and sometimes money. But they are important. Other lower rated books watch to see if Oddsmaker can get away with a scam like this. Do your part, next time it could be you.

I would not play at Oddsmaker. I have played at hundreds of books and they are the worst book I have ever seen in terms of paying out. Oddsmaker has and always will be a scam book. Shrink has and always will be a fraud. This most recent situation, while tragic to say the least, is good because it allows some of the guys who havent been around for too long to see the ways the industry can work sometimes, and why Shrink gets chased off the forum every time he pops his head in. Theres a valuable lesson to be learned here. Jimmy mac - sorry it came at your expense but just know, you saved alot of people the heartache of going through the same situation and that will not be forgotten.

But, it's not.

He thought he was placing real wagers. He wasn't just playing pretend. He could have made those wagers somewhere else. By what the player has said about his wagering history, he's a pretty big loser that went on a nice run. So what if it started with a free play, it could have just as easily been a deposit.

I've had books try to confiscate winnings from a free play or bonus after my account was deemed non recreational. That was still my money, I made those wagers, I won, I deserved to be paid. So does Jimmy.

Is this what happened? Only Jimmy and his father know. Everyone else is
speculating using tidbits of information. He didn't call the number on
the e-mailed offer, instead used regular customer service. He's guilty!

Most telling for me is why would a guy who is up several dimes not request a
withdrawal before trying to scam an extra bonus? Doesn't make sense but proves nothing.
