Please tell me Dan is another JJ ghost. If there is a real person square enough to follow jj, it is scary.

We are on Houston pretty big and if games loses all accounts will be empty again
Danny we need the game

Lost how much though? It seems odd that you can afford to lose when you were "maxed out today at most books" but still you have to beg for money for a new boiler.Originally Posted by jjgold

What a great piece of officiating. I was watching the game with someone and immediately said, "That hit his ****ing bat." Of course, the Stevie Wonder behind the plate couldn't tell that.

This has to be the worst case of officiating in the playoffs ever. They are F'ing up left and right thru out the playoffs.Originally Posted by Razz

Jeez, if a 90mph ball hit me on the hand I'd be on the floor and crying like a baby. Baseball players should take a leaf out of soccer players - if you're going to blag a hit pitch, try acting like you've just been hit by one.

If this WS has not presented a very strong case for replay I am not sure they'll ever get it. Man, the umpires are really missing things badly and this one tonight wasn't even close.Originally Posted by Razz

Instead, Dye walked the other way to get ready for his next swing...but then when he realzed that the umpire was legally blind he knew he could fool him easy. You could tell that Dye knew what was up...he was acting like a little kid who just stole something from his parents and didn't want to draw attention so he tried to play it cool.
Great Job Umpires....you called a great game today![]()

JJ is awesome. The best fade on the forum. I am 3-0 betting against him now. Course, I am just doing 1 unit bets for fun but hey that is a 3 unit profit so far. Go JJ. Damn what movie is that where the guy is having a lucky streak at the track and one race he goes out and asks everyone their fave horse and crosses it out until he has a winner. One of my fave movies of all time and the freakin title suddenly drops out of my mind.

yep that is it. I was too lazy to go check my tape downstairs. Cheezy movie but for some reason I love it. I actually get a chill on the last race when they are coming down the stretch. I still swear the the longshot he bet actually loses in the movie but they pretend it won. Musta been hard trying to get the horses to cooperate lol.
