Cascade has a live chat feature on their site but I can never get anyone on the other end. I need to ask a few questions. Does someone of you know if that service is ever manned?

I've used it fairly recently. Don't remember if I had to wait or if it was offline, but I think they're there regularly. I suggest calling up.

Thanks for your answers. The problem is solved since today I cannot access their site any more and thus, I do not need to ask any questions. A long time Cascade was a book I heard good things about but never was able to access their site. Then suddenly I had access and now it is gone again. Don't know what is wrong and where but the address www.betcascade.com does not have a DNS entry around here. Could one of you look up their IP for me and I'll try with that.

few day ago it was different website with the same lines, but now the .net domain is redirected to primary site.

Cascade shoud use the timeout feature on their chat software which prompts the user to call or email. Some of these sites will tell you to hold and that someone will be there shortly, all through the night.

Actually, I have never gotten to the stage of queueing. I always get the "send the message" option. And that would be literally always and it does not depend on the time of day. I finally mailed them and lets see if I can get an answer that way or do they have poor BadAzz on ignore list.

I tried to send them 10+ e-mails to their different addresses. Everything was returned and not delivered. The probability of response on live chat is much higher than via e-mail, if you are from Europe.

I asked them why are they e-mails undeliverable, they always told me that they do not know anything about it and gave me diffefent (non functional e-mail).

So one day I had to call them. Yeah it was very funny... with my pitful English.

We have roughly the same time zone.

I catched them once at about 5 PM and several times between 3-4 AM.

I hate that most books don't have 24/7 CS...I mean hire one person to man (or woman) the phones late at night...

I have officially given up hope. I got no answer to my mail and I still have not found anyone on the chat. I will NOT be chatting with them 3-4 AM in case they would be around. Calling them is out of the question as my spoken english would be harshly on the same class with your standard rackoon or Esa Tikkanen, whichever pleases you. I also do not want to be betting the next 2 months just to cover the phone bill from Finland.

Maybe, i'll just ask my question here.

Cascade has a public xml feed just like our beloved Pinny.
However, Cascades feed only contains football and baseball lines. No NHL to be found there. Can I get that feedgenerator.asp to list other sports as well with some URL parameter?

I will not help you with the xml feed, but try to buy a skype credit (10 euro) and you can try improve your English for free, because calling 1-800- is free of charge... If they have so pitful CS they deserve your English.

I finally resolved this. They indeed use some IP + email blocks BUT i finally used my personal freemail from gmail and it works! Their response was prompt (within 5 mins), so it is like live chat, maybe faster than at any sites. I can recommend anybody from Europe to use gmail for communication with BetCascade.
