I think it's fairly evident that you are severely depressed and have a very low self-esteem right now.

I've been there before, Richie. Although I don't have the physical ailments you're battling right now, the weed and alcohol is only bringing you down further and further. I used to party about five nights a week after a brutal breakup. The only way it gets better is if you make changes.
I know I've been harsh on you in the past, but I really hope you get past these demons...

Richie, the only person who can change you is you, It's not the load that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it, seriously, man up and sort yourself out, you're the only person that can do that.
If you decide enough is enough you would become a forum legend and the ghost of SBR if you topped yourself live on Justin TV, we could even run a book on number of barbituates or length of rope, PM me if you consider this something you won't get over.
