Woods has got to be +150 to just finish in front of weir, let alone win.

Weir may not be great, but he's obviously playing well, and it's not like he's a slouch. @3rd on the money list so far this year including a 2nd and 3rd place finish. Historically, he's played better in majors than he has in regular events.

I think it's just an indication of books having taken as much as they want to take on Woods and are happy to see how it plays out without accepting many more liabilities unless he drops out to a point where it's obvious he won't win.
