I have a few quibbles but most of that seems solid enough. However I totally disagree with this:

With my methods, there are no bigger opportunities than the stuff Matchbook has the best liquidity on. That is basically everything rule 1 is saying to avoid.
Everything starts with Matchbook for me.
With Matchbook and a few other strategic outs, you can get very close to no juice betting on that popular stuff. That is an awfully good starting to point to making money in my experience.
My methods also differ in terms of the timing of bets. I find late better than early. Between half an hour and an hour before game time is best for the angles I use. I have tested it.
But I'm sure there are some angles where betting early is better.
