Anyone going to go out to Delaware Park Race Track should everything go through with the single game sports betting in Delaware? I am planning on taking the Amtrak up there Saturday the 12th of September out of DC at 9:00am to arrive at about 10:30 am in Wilmington and returning Monday morning at 9 am. Amtrak is only $84 roundtrip from DC to Wilmington, DE also you can get hotels really cheap within walking distance of the track Days Inn at $63 a night with advance purchase or a suite at Countryside suites and Inn for $118 a night with a suite room that has a Jacuzzi. A nice close, cheapish weekend get away for us east coast degens between $200-$350 for two night stay and travel via train. Saturday there hopefully will be college games to bet and live races at Delaware park with a 1:15 post time as well as simulcasting and slots and then Sunday obviously is the first NFL games other than Thursdays opener. Anyone else who was thinking about this let me know could have a good little gathering of SBR guys I would think from philly, baltimore, DC, NY etc. JJ could even jump on the train from Newark

ill be at giants stadium for giants skins or I may think about it...hmmm nah ill use 5dimes and matchy, not traveling for that...maybe sometime during the season tho. good luck.

I will be there for Saturday, but have other commitments for Sunday. I fully expect the place to be packed like Adam Lambert and Barney Frank in a German Bath House.

What are you kidding, the place will be open alright. Just think of all the cash they will lose if it isn't. Time to put some of those unemployed carpenters, pipefitters, and whatever the hell else they need to do it with to work. Yes they will JJ and at Dover and Harrington, DP is the only thoroughbread spot though and closer to major cities so it will see the most traffic most likely
