I went to Cornell. Easily the best time of my life. We'd go down to New York on the weekends and fvckin' chill. I miss those days.

I received my Master's degree, but a Bachelor's degree is definitely satisfactory to get into this field. Some of these Asian modafvckers even have their doctorate in this shit - geniuses.

Anyway, besides your degree, you also need to get professional certification.

You mentioned a small college. An easy route for you will be to go to a community college for two years and then transfer yourself over to a University after the two years. You'll get a degree from the University and it'll be a whole lot cheaper.

I wish I could've done something like that but Cornell's standards are different.

As far as what I do...I really don't do much but boss around people below me and make sure to get an update and every now and then I'll work with them, too. Engineers are egotistical nerd pricks who think they know it all -- so believe me -- I've handed out a few pimp slaps before.

Think of Electrical Engineers as Architects. What do Architects do? Design buildings and structures - inside and out.

Electrical Engineers design products that are powered by electricity. You design the circuitry and wiring OF ANYTHING ELECTRICAL. I mean ANYTHING -- well which ever company comes to you. For example, Apple may come to us and say, "We're coming out with this brand new computer and we want you guys." We would then design the inside of the computer. Plan the circuitry and wiring of the components.
