We stop adjusting a rating usually when the book freezes. Its no use to anyone if we downgrade them while no one can take action. Apparently this brand and rating is going to go away and be absorbed by Bodog so you will not see further rating changes.

I agree. They have shown their true colors, -willing to stiff on a huge scale!-, and are therefore a scam book. D would be high.

I think regardless of whether they are frozen or not, they need to be downgraded to at least a D-...
