[Mudcat]

One of the most fascinating, original movies I have seen in a long time.

Like another Christopher Nolan movie, Memento, we left the theatre and had to sit and talk for a couple of hours about what we had really just seen.

I'm dying to discuss some plot points right now but I don't want to create any spoilers. Some literalists will have trouble with some elements, but as a study of obsession and rivalry - and human psychology in general - it's outstanding. It's a work of art (which I would guess will also have a lot of mass appeal).

The word I keep coming back to is: ORIGINAL.

I'm already dying to see what Christopher Nolan does next.

Sounds good Mudcat, will keep an eye out for it. Best to see in theater I guess since I am sure I will get exposed to some spoiler if don't.

LOL...nice to see a spammer bring this thread up so I could say that The Prestige was just OK.

Memento, on the other hand, was fantabulous.
