    Default We Are Truly Blessed

In the last week we've seen football's 2 greatest choke jobs of all time. Both Arizona of the NFL and Northwestern of the Big 10 have brought great inspiration to the supporters of their respective programs.

As an added bonus, both teams have accomplished all this while still managing to cover the spread.

    Well done!

Much worse for Northwestern considering the team they were playing, in the mindset they've been lagging in for the past several weeks. Just glad we didn't get screwed on the points ISC

completely agree but i'm going to have to throw my Kansas Jayhawks into the same boat. They have pissed me off for the last time today. to be up 35-17 going into the 4th qtr and lose, that's a problem. to give up 42 points to OSU last week in about 19 minutes is another problem. I give up!!

Kansas is another team that made me money today, but you're right Gambler, they're pathetic. This morning I spent quite a while deliberating as to whether or not I should play them straight up. Conservative side of me won the argument and I just took the spread. While the game was in progress, I was kicking myself for not taking the ML. After the game, I said to myself, "I dodged a bullet."

Todays NW/MSU game reminded me of that Bills/Oilers playoff game. Was pretty much the same score. Bills came back to win in OT.

What a big choke job by Northwestern.

The crazy thing is that deep down, MSU backers were hoping Northwestern's 38 would hold up. They're dying to get rid of JL Smith and a loss to Northwestern would have done the trick. It's called the Bledsoe Syndrome.

I thought this was going to be a thread about my contribution to the forum. However, it looks like my rooster 'n' balls are no longer in isetcap's mouth.

Pags is a funny guy. He's real nice, too. Sometimes I like to give the forum members fancy little nicknames to help me keep track of their general traits and personalites. When I think of pags, the nickname that comes to mind is:

    "Touch of Class"
